Vivian was raised in a family where hard work wasn’t optional. Her grandmother came to the United States from Colombia with four children and built a life working as a housekeeper and nanny. Every dollar earned had a purpose - to create opportunities for her children and grandchildren that she never had.
That experience didn’t just shape Vivian’s values, it shaped how she sees real estate: as one of the most powerful tools to change the trajectory of a family and build generational wealth.
Since 2001, Vivian has guided hundreds of clients through the buying and selling process. Vivian lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Thomas, their three children and their rescue dog.
