Get to Know Vivian Lesny
Vivian was raised in a family where hard work wasn’t optional. Her grandmother came to the United States from Colombia with four children and built a life working as a housekeeper and nanny. Every dollar earned had a purpose - to create opportunities for her children and grandchildren that she never had.
That experience didn’t just shape Vivian’s values, it shaped how she sees real estate: as one of the most powerful tools to change the trajectory of a family and build generational wealth.
Since 2001, Vivian has guided hundreds of clients through the buying and selling process. She approaches every decision with her clients’ objectives in mind and a precise commitment to protecting their long-term interests. As an active investor and flipper, she brings a hands-on understanding of value, risk, and the real impact real estate can have to change people’s lives.
Vivian lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Thomas, their three children and their rescue dog.

Why My Clients Love Working With Me...
Vivian Lesny and her entire team are incredibly good at what they do! They were quick to respond to even the smallest concern and went above and beyond throughout the entire process of selling my condo. Vivian negotiated my sale way above asking price, and even though we encountered some hangups from our buyers, she made the process as smooth as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic realtor! –
Thank you Vivian and the team for a smooth sale! She is very helpful and Excellent service all the time. I satisfied to work with her very much. I definitely recommend her.

It is a simple and great story: Vivian met with us, told us what she could get for our place, convinced us she could get it “as is” while other realtors insisted we would need to spend at least $15K fixing it up, and then… she did it! We walked away with more $s than we thought we would before we met her. (Meanwhile, the other realtors who wanted us to put $s in also thought it was worth less than she did.) We won all the way around, thanks to her. To put it bluntly, she knows her stuff. We would say if you are planning to sell your place, you should meet with her. Don’t let the fact that she’s proud of what she’s done put you off: it comes from hard work and accomplishment.
